Bushra Rehman is an Associate lawyer at Hicks Morley’s Toronto Office. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto. Prior to law, Bushra graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and worked as a software engineer. During law school, Bushra was co-founder of the Shari'a Law Working Group and assisted in a pro bono capacity at the South Asian Legal Clinic of Ontario. Bushra also spent a summer at Human Rights Watch where she was engaged in advocacy and enforcement of international human rights standards. Bushra currently practices in all areas of labour and employment law, with an emphasis on litigation, Education and Human Rights.
